Christmas is passed and we realize we are way behind in preparing for our next adventure.
As we do every January, this blog will document another kayaking journey this time down the chain of Exuma islands located about 100 miles east of Cuba. For 10 days we will be completely self supported with about 400 pounds of food, water and gear camping where we can find a beach. The islands we are paddling are fairly remote with only a couple inhabited. We will be using a SPOT so we can post updates and our current position on this blog for anyone to follow and if necessary send out an emergency signal and position. More to come...
